Can you handle denials as well as new claims?

Yes. Denial management, appeals, underpayment review, and A/R follow-up sit alongside claim preparation and submission. We agree on responsibilities for existing balances during the transition.

Do you charge a percentage of collections?

No. The team fee is $6,555 per month, plus $1.90 for each claim filed through GoodMargin software. Pricing combines a flat team fee with software usage, rather than a percentage of collections.
